Los de Portland han elegido como cara A “January Hymn”, y como cara B un tema de Grateful Dead (“Row Jimmy”), que está llamando más la atención que su reverso principal.
Recordemos para situarnos The King is Death es un homenaje a The Queen Is Dead (1986) de los Smiths, pasando por REM, en los que se inspiran Meloy y los suyos, que cuentan con la colaboración de Peter Buck, el guitarrista de la banda de Michael Stipe.
